The Ford Edge is a crossover SUV range produced by the Ford Motor Company that made its debut in 2007 as Ford's first mid-size CUV in North America. Now in its second generation, the Edge fits between the Escape and Explorer models in Ford's lineup, deriving its name from a Ford Ranger trim package. Built on the same platform as the Ford Fusion sedan, the Edge has a counterpart in the Lincoln MKX and, since 2019, the Lincoln Nautilus.
