The GAZ Volga Siber, a four-door sedan manufactured by GAZ in Russia, was unveiled at the 2007 Moscow International Automobile Salon. Produced for the model years 2008 to 2010, the Siber was based on the outdated platform and tooling of the second generation Chrysler Sebring/Dodge Stratus, under a licensing agreement with Chrysler. The British design studio UltraMotive made minor modifications to the grille and headlights of the Siber, along with improvements to the suspension system and ground clearance. Debuting during the Global Economic Crisis of 2008, the Siber faced challenges in the market.
