Gordon Murray Automotive, founded in 2017 by renowned Formula 1 and McLaren F1 designer Gordon Murray, marks a significant chapter in British automotive innovation. Located in Shalford, Surrey, England, the company has swiftly positioned itself as a leader in the design and production of limited-run, high-performance supercars, emphasizing engineering excellence and cutting-edge technology. The inaugural model, the T.50, debuted in 2023, encapsulating Murray's design ethos—a blend of meticulous engineering and driver-focused performance. This car follows a philosophy of lightweight construction and exceptional aerodynamics, powered by a Cosworth-built V-12 engine, which is touted as the most technically advanced naturally-aspirated V12 on the market. Expanding on its portfolio, the latest marvel from Gordon Murray Automotive is the T.33 Spider, introduced as a pinnacle of modern supercar design. This vehicle combines timeless aesthetics inspired by the '60s sports cars with contemporary technology. The T.33 Spider is built around the iStream® Ultralight carbon fibre monocoque, ensuring both strength and agility, limited to just 100 units to maintain exclusivity. Gordon Murray's creations continue to push the boundaries of automotive design, blending his storied heritage with innovative approaches to deliver some of the most exhilarating driving experiences available today.
