Lister

Lister Cars, a revered name in British sports car manufacturing, boasts a legacy rich with racing heritage and automotive innovation. Founded in 1954 by Brian Lister in Cambridge, England, the company quickly etched its mark on the racing world. The Lister Knobbly, the brand's inaugural car, became iconic, dominating British racing with its aerodynamic design and robust performance, often powered by Jaguar engines. Over the decades, Lister has experienced various phases of activity, including collaborations with other manufacturers and brief periods of dormancy. In recent years, the brand has undergone a revival, rekindling its original spirit. Today, Lister's focus is on producing high-performance versions of existing models, such as the Lister Stealth, based on the Jaguar F-Pace, which claims the title of Britain's fastest SUV. Lister's commitment to blending speed with luxury continues to define its niche in the competitive landscape of sports car manufacturers, ensuring it remains relevant and respected in the auto industry. This enduring appeal is a testament to its foundational ethos of exceptional craftsmanship and engineering prowess.
