Mitsubishi Colt Z20

2002 – 2012 · Japan

The Mitsubishi Colt is a historic nameplate used by Mitsubishi Motors for various car models since 1962. Initially introduced with kei and subcompact cars in the 1960s, the Colt name was later applied to the export version of the subcompact Mirage from 1978 to 2002. Chrysler, Mitsubishi's partner, also utilized the Colt name for rebadged Mitsubishi vehicles sold as Dodge and Plymouth Colt captive imports in North America from 1970 to 1994. The most recent iteration of the Mitsubishi Colt was a subcompact model produced from 2002 to 2013 and sold internationally. However, Mitsubishi phased out this series in 2013 and introduced a new generation reverting to the Mirage name. Key Points: 1.
