Mitsubishi›Pajero Sport

The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is a body-on-frame mid-size SUV that has been part of Mitsubishi's lineup since 1996, carrying on the Pajero nameplate. This model, based on the Triton pickup truck platform, has evolved through three generations. It's important to note that this Pajero Sport is distinct from the larger, full-size Pajero, which transitioned to a unibody construction in 1999 and ceased production in 2021. Initially known as the Mitsubishi Challenger in some regions including Japan, the vehicle's nomenclature was changed to Pajero Sport starting with the third generation in 2015. This decision led to the consolidation of names under Pajero Sport, Montero Sport
