The Mors automobile factory, a beacon of early French automotive innovation, was established by Émile Mors in the late 19th century. Initially recognized for its electrical engineering prowess, Mors swiftly pivoted to automobiles, distinguishing itself by embracing the V-engine configuration and actively participating in the burgeoning sport of automobile racing from 1897. This strategic move not only highlighted the technical capabilities of Mors automobiles but also served as a vital promotional platform. The Mors marque was renowned for its involvement in high-stakes races, such as the Paris-Berlin race, which were pivotal in demonstrating the durability and speed of its vehicles.
