Naza

Naza, a beacon of automotive excellence in Malaysia, traces its roots back to 1975 when it was founded by the late Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin SM Amin. Originally a modest motor trading company, Naza swiftly transformed into a prominent conglomerate under Nasimuddin's visionary leadership. The brand's automotive journey took a significant leap in 1997, when Naza unveiled the Ria, the first Malaysian car to be rebadged under its banner. This marked a pivotal moment, positioning Naza as a key player in the local automotive sector. The Ria wasn't just a vehicle; it was a statement of Naza's ambitions and its capability to cater to the Malaysian lifestyle and preferences. Today, Naza maintains a diverse portfolio, partnering with international giants like Kia and Peugeot to assemble and distribute a wide range of vehicles. Despite facing challenges in an ever-evolving market, the company continues to thrive, driven by its commitment to innovation and quality. Naza's resilience and adaptability are testament to its enduring legacy and its continuing impact on Malaysia’s automotive landscape.
