The Gloria is a large luxury car initially produced by the Prince Motor Company from 1959, later continued by Nissan Motors after a merger with Prince Motor Company. Originally marketed as the Prince Gloria and later as Nissan Gloria, this vehicle was based on the smaller Prince Skyline and eventually merged with the Nissan Cedric line in 1971. The Gloria and Cedric models were both produced until 2004 when they were replaced by the Nissan Fuga. Following Nissan's acquisition of Prince's operations, the Gloria was sold alongside the Nissan Skyline through the Nissan Prince Shop network, which consisted of dealerships formerly associated with the Prince company.
