The Porsche 991 is the seventh generation of the Porsche 911 sports car, introduced in 2011 to replace the 997 model. Production of the 991st Gen concluded on December 20, 2019, after producing 233,540 units.
In terms of design, the Porsche 991 differed from its predecessor, the 997, with increased dimensions. The wheelbase was extended by 100 mm to 2,450 mm and the overall length was raised by 70 mm to 4,490 mm.
