Puma

Founded in 1964 by Rino Malzoni, a Brazilian farmer and lawyer, Puma quickly established itself as a standout in the automotive world with its captivating sports cars. This pioneering brand originated from the heart of São Paulo state, launching its first car, the Puma GT, which featured a fiberglass body mounted on a Volkswagen Beetle chassis. This design not only showcased innovative use of materials but also underscored the brand's commitment to lightweight and agile vehicles. Over the decades, Puma evolved through various ownership and partnership changes, continually adapting its models to keep pace with emerging technologies and market demands. The marque became synonymous with stylish, affordable sports cars that offered spirited performance and distinctive aesthetics. Today, Puma still resonates with car enthusiasts, maintaining a presence in both the Brazilian and international markets. The brand's ability to sustain its identity through Brazil’s fluctuating economic climates stands as a testament to its enduring appeal and resilience. As it navigates the modern automotive landscape, Puma remains a beloved symbol of Brazilian ingenuity and racing heritage, cherished by collectors and new buyers alike.
