Radical

Radical, a trailblazer in the world of motorsport, has etched its name in the annals of racing history with its commitment to providing phenomenal track experiences through its high-performance sports cars. Founded in 1997 by Mick Hyde and Phil Abbott, Radical started its journey in Peterborough, UK, with a clear vision to offer thrilling race cars that could also be road legal. The company debuted with the Radical 1100 Clubsport, based on a Kawasaki motorbike engine, which quickly set the stage for their reputation in club racing circuits. This model laid the groundwork for a series of innovations, leading to the creation of the Radical SR3 and SR8. The latter made headlines in 2005 when it shattered the Nürburgring Nordschleife lap record for a street-legal vehicle, spotlighting Radical’s engineering prowess. Today, Radical continues to push boundaries in the racing world, consistently expanding its presence on international tracks. They have maintained a robust participation in professional racing series, demonstrating their commitment to excellence. Despite the fiercely competitive market, Radical's ongoing success is driven by its continuous innovation and the ability to offer exhilarating racing experiences to professionals and amateurs alike.
