The Roewe E50 is an all-electric car manufactured by Chinese company Roewe, initially showcased as the E1 concept at the 2012 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition. SAIC Motor later launched the production model in November 2012, targeting the Chinese market with a four-seater supermini hatchback. Powered by a 47 kW motor and an 18 kWh battery by A123 Systems, the E50 boasts a range of 180 km (110 mi) and can reach a top speed of 120 km/h (75 mph).
