The Scion xD, known as the Toyota Ist in Japan and the Toyota Urban Cruiser in Europe and Latin America, was a subcompact hatchback introduced by Japanese manufacturer Toyota in North America in 2008. It replaced the xA model, offering a five-door design. Alongside the second generation xB, the xD made its debut at the 2007 Chicago Auto Show. Released in the U.S. in mid-2007 and in Canada in 2011, the xD was eventually discontinued in 2014, being succeeded by the Toyota C-HR in 2017.
Notable standard features of the Scion xD include power locks, mirrors, and windows, as well as 16-inch wheels. Safety
