The Subaru Sumo, also referred to as Domingo in Japan and Libero in various European markets, including Belgium where it was named the Combi, was a cabover microvan that was in production from 1983 to 1998. In Sweden, it was known as the Columbuss, while in Taiwan, the later generation was marketed as the Estratto. The names Subaru E10 and Subaru E12 were used in some regions to denote the engine sizes utilized in the vehicle.
The name "Libero" was chosen by Subaru's German importer following a public naming competition in 1984. This quirky and versatile microvan gained popularity for its compact design and practicality, serving as a reliable transportation option for urban and suburban environments
