The Subaru Crosstrek, known as the XV globally for the first two generations, is a compact crossover SUV manufactured by Subaru from 2012 onwards. Serving as a successor to the Outback Sport in the US and Canada, as well as the Impreza XV internationally, this vehicle bears similarities to the Outback Sport with a distinguishable higher lift. Originally labeled as the XV internationally and the XV Crosstrek in North America, Subaru rebranded the model as simply the Crosstrek in the US and Canada from the 2016 model year onwards, dropping the XV moniker. The Crosstrek is essentially a raised Impreza hatchback, differentiated by some minor variances. The vehicle's design integrates versatility and off-road
