Techrules

Techrules, a Beijing-based automotive research and development company, has carved a niche for itself in the realm of high-performance electric vehicles. Founded in 2015 by entrepreneurs William Jin and Tony (Guanghai) Liu, Techrules made a dramatic entrance into the automotive scene with its unveiling of the AT96 and GT96 TREV concept cars at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. These models introduced the world to Techrules' proprietary Turbine-Recharging Electric Vehicle (TREV) system, a groundbreaking range-extender system that utilizes a micro-turbine to generate electricity and charge the car’s batteries, significantly enhancing range and efficiency. Since its bold inception, Techrules has continued to push the boundaries of EV technology. The company's flagship, the Ren RS, a radical track-focused supercar, showcases an evolution of the TREV system paired with a lightweight chassis and aggressive aerodynamics, delivering blistering performance while maintaining environmental efficiency. This dedication to innovation underlines Techrules' current position in the automotive market—striving not just for advancements in electric vehicle technology but also for a sustainable future in transportation. The journey from a disruptive startup to a beacon of high-tech automotive solutions highlights Techrules' rapid ascent and enduring ambition in the competitive landscape of electric vehicles.
