The Toyota Corolla Verso is a compact MPV produced by Toyota from 2001 to 2010. The first-generation model sold in Europe was essentially a rebadged version of the Japanese second-generation Corolla Spacio. This version was introduced to the Japanese market in May 2001 and then brought to Europe where it was rebranded as the Corolla Verso. In March 2004, the Corolla Verso underwent a transformation and became a separate model based on the second-generation Avensis. This marked a departure from its initial design based on the Corolla, as the second-generation model was built on a unique platform different from the Corolla. Production of the Corolla Verso ceased in February 2010
