The UAZ-452 is a versatile family of four-wheel-drive off-road vans and light trucks manufactured by the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) since 1965. Originally developed for military use in the Soviet Union, the UAZ-452 has since undergone significant updates to meet modern standards. In 1985, the vans were equipped with more contemporary engines and compliant lighting for international markets. The updated models were designated as the UAZ-3741 for the standard van and the UAZ-3303 series for crew-cab trucks, each with further variations denoted by additional digits. Starting in 1997, the UAZ-33036 series was introduced, featuring larger truck variants with a 10-inch longer wheel
