Vortex

Vortex was a Chinese automotive brand operated by Chery Automobile, active in the late 2000s and early 2010s as a distinct sub-brand intended to target specific market segments within China. The lineup included the Tingo, a compact crossover SUV, the Estina, a small sedan, and the Corda, another sedan positioned in the entry-level to mid-range segment. The brand reflected Chery's strategy during that period of running multiple marques simultaneously, alongside labels such as Riich and Rely, to broaden its domestic retail footprint. Vortex was discontinued as Chery consolidated its brand structure, and the models were either retired or absorbed back under the main Chery umbrella.
