The Dodge Journey is a mid-size crossover SUV produced by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' Dodge brand from 2009 to 2020 across a single generation, with a facelift introduced in 2011. Designed by Ryan Nagode, it was sold globally with both left- and right-hand drive options, also being rebadged as the Fiat Freemont. Referred to internally as the JC49, the Journey shared FCA's D-segment platform with the Dodge Avenger and had a wheelbase similar to the short-wheelbase Dodge Caravan. Debuting at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show and making another appearance in 2009, the Journey was manufactured at FCA's Toluca Assembly plant in Mexico. Production ceased
