The McLaren 620R is a track-focused, road-legal sports car produced between 2020 and 2021, based directly on the 570S GT4 racing car. It uses a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 producing 620 PS, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission sending power to the rear wheels. The 620R is distinguished by its GT4-derived aerodynamic package, including a fixed carbon fiber rear wing and front splitter, along with a motorsport-tuned suspension setup that brings the car closer to circuit use than any other McLaren Sports Series model. Production was limited, and no distinct sub-variants were offered within the 620R line.
