The Spyker C8 is a high-performance sports car manufactured by the Dutch company Spyker Cars starting from the year 2000. Drawing inspiration from the 1999 Spyker Silvestris V8 concept car, the C8 boasts a design that retains certain visual elements while also featuring revised proportions for an updated look. The original base model of the Spyker C8, known as the Spyder (later renamed the Spyder SWB to distinguish it from long-wheelbase variants), was first showcased at the 2000 Birmingham Motor Show. Powered by an Audi-sourced 4.2-liter V8 engine generating an impressive 400 PS (294 kW; 395 hp), the Spyder achieves a remarkable top speed of 300 km
