The Fridge Swap Meet

The Fridge Swap Meet is an annual event hosted by the Ballarat Road Rodders, held at the multi-storey car park in Ballarat, Victoria, and has been running since June 1975. Strictly focused on cars and automotive goods, the event is the place to buy, sell, and swap hot rod, custom, and classic car parts, tools, memorabilia, and hard-to-find pieces, with no bric-a-brac or food vendors admitted. Vendor sites are $20 per stall and general entry is $5, with gates opening at 6am for vendors and 7am for buyers, no pre-booking required. Rooftop parking is available for chrome bumper vehicles, and attendees are encouraged to rug up for what is widely known as the coldest swap meet in Australia.
