The Gippsland Car Club was formed in the early 1960s by Latrobe Valley motor sport enthusiasts and is one of the few motoring organisations with its own track and clubrooms. It conducts hillclimbs, sprints, motorkhanas and social activities at Bryant Park in the Haunted Hills.
