Daihatsu Rugger

1984 – 2002 · Japan

Rebadged Daihatsu Rocky, the Japanese name. The Daihatsu Rugger was a robust off-road vehicle manufactured by Daihatsu from 1984 to 2002. In international markets, it was known as the Rocky, while in the UK, it was called the Fourtrak. To differentiate it from its related models, the Rugger was often identified by its model designation - F70 for diesel versions and F80 for petrol models. The Rocky designation in Japan and the US actually referred to the smaller F300 series of Daihatsu vehicles. The F70/F80-series Rugger was designed following the trend of other Japanese off-road vehicles of its era. Built to tackle rugged terrains, it offered a reliable and durable option for off-road enthusiasts and adventurers. Despite its various names
