The Fiat Panda, a city car produced by Fiat since 1980, has evolved through three generations. The original Panda was a compact, three-door hatchback designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and Aldo Mantovani from Italdesign. It was manufactured until 2003 but had an all-wheel drive version introduced in 1983. SEAT of Spain also sold a variant of the first-generation Panda under license, known initially as the Panda and later rebranded as the Marbella between 1986 and 1998.
