Holden UTE VU

2000 – 2002

Introduced in 2000, the Holden UTE VU was a significant upgrade, replacing the VS model. It was based on the VX Commodore, featuring an extended wheelbase and more refined interiors akin to its sedan counterpart. Engine choices included the reliable 3.8L V6 and a powerful 5.7L V8, catering to both utility and performance enthusiasts. The VU also saw the introduction of special editions like the SS Fifty, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Holden Ute. This model set a new standard for utility vehicles in Australia.
