Hurtan

Founded in 1991 by Juan Hurtado González, Hurtan Desarrollos S.L., also known as Hurtan Automóviles, is a notable Spanish automobile company recognized for its retro-styled luxury vehicles. Based in Santa Fe near Granada, Hurtan began its journey in the automotive world with the launch of the Albaycín T2 in 1992. This model, along with subsequent releases, drew inspiration from the classic sports cars of the 1950s and 60s, capturing the essence of vintage design with modern performance. Hurtan's approach is deeply rooted in personalization and craftsmanship, with each model tailored to individual preferences, enhancing the allure of exclusivity. Notably, the Grand Albaycín, introduced in 2008 and built on a Mazda MX-5 chassis, exemplifies Hurtan's dedication to merging classic aesthetics with contemporary technology. This model has seen several updates, culminating in the flamboyant design of the Grand Albaycín 30th Anniversary edition launched in 2022, which celebrates three decades of the brand's artistic automotive contributions. Recently, Hurtan has expanded its global presence, marking a significant milestone with the launch of the Grand Albaycín in the UAE. This move signifies Hurtan's strategic push into new markets, targeting regions that appreciate luxury, bespoke details, and distinctive styling, key characteristics that define the Hurtan brand ethos. The expansion not only broadens their geographic footprint but also introduces Hurtan's unique automotive creations to a wider audience of car enthusiasts and collectors.
