The Isuzu 117 Coupé was a compact, sleek 2-door fastback coupé manufactured by Isuzu from 1968 to 1981. Developed as part of a common program for mid-size cars within Isuzu, the 117 was originally part of a family that also included a sedan and a station wagon, which later became the Isuzu Florian. However, the coupé retained its original name, "117." Sharing mechanical components with its counterparts, the 117 Coupé featured a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout with recirculating ball steering for a dynamic driving experience. Designed by the renowned Italian stylist Giorgetto Giugiaro, the Isuzu 117 Coupé was one of the early Japanese
