The Isuzu Gemini was a subcompact car manufactured by Isuzu from 1974 to 2000. Initially introduced as the Bellett Gemini, it was based on the third-generation Opel Kadett C on the General Motors T-car platform. The Gemini was produced in various markets globally under different names by General Motors brands. While the first generation featured a rear-wheel-drive design, subsequent versions were front-wheel-drive. The last two generations of the Gemini were essentially rebadged Honda Domanis before the model was discontinued in 2000. The Bellett Gemini debuted in November 1974, offering both four-door sedan and two-door coupe body styles. Over its production span, the Gemini underwent several transformations to keep up with changing automotive trends
