Renault Symbol III

2013 – 2020

The Renault Symbol, known as the Clio or Thalia in some markets, is a subcompact sedan manufactured by Renault since late 1999. Initially named Clio Symbol, it served as a version of the second-generation Renault Clio tailored for markets favoring sedans over hatchbacks. It was mainly available in countries where the preference for sedans was strong and not marketed in Western Europe, except for certain regions like overseas departments in France. The second generation of the Renault Symbol featured a unique design compared to the third generation Clio and was based on the platform of the first generation Clio.
