Ronart

Ronart Cars, a bespoke British car manufacturer founded in 1984 by Rona and Arthur Wolstenholme, has carved a unique niche in the automotive world with its dedication to producing vehicles that blend classic aesthetics with contemporary performance. The company first made waves with the introduction of the Ronart W152, a car that not only paid homage to the grand prix racers of the 1950s but also offered a thrilling driving experience, powered typically by Jaguar engines. Based in Peterborough, Ronart has maintained its focus on limited production, ensuring that each vehicle is a masterpiece of craftsmanship and engineering. The W152 remains a symbol of the brand’s ethos, embodying a passion for racing heritage with its sleek, open-wheel design and robust performance. In recent years, Ronart has continued to impress the automotive community, not just for maintaining its traditional values but also for its adaptability to modern demands, including the exploration of electric vehicle technology. Despite the challenges faced by niche car manufacturers, Ronart’s enduring appeal and commitment to quality have kept it relevant in an ever-evolving market, celebrating the past while driving forward into the future.
