TagAZ, short for Taganrogskiy Avtomobilnyi Zavod, was a car assembly plant located in Taganrog, Russia, founded in 1997 under the license and technology of South Korean Daewoo Motors. The construction of the plant was fully financed by the Doninvest Finance & Industry Group, with investments exceeding $260 million. The company established an affiliated enterprise known as the Rostov Truck Factory.
