The Lexus GS is an executive car produced by Lexus, spanning four generations since its initial launch in 1991 as the Toyota Aristo in Japan. The model was later rebranded as the Lexus GS for markets outside of Japan starting in February 1993. In Japan, it retained the Toyota Aristo name until January 2005.
