Toyota›Cresta

The Toyota Cresta, a mid-size luxury car from Toyota, was introduced in 1980 and shared its chassis with the Mark II/Cressida and Chaser. Positioned as the top-tier offering at Toyota Vista Store dealerships in Japan, the Cresta aimed to provide a more luxurious experience compared to the Mark II. Alongside it, the Chaser catered to performance-oriented drivers and was available at different dealerships despite sharing the same platform. Over its production span of five generations, the Cresta garnered a reputation for its luxurious features and offerings. Continuous improvement was seen through each series and generation, with a focus on enhancing the engine displacement to further elevate its status in the luxury car segment. Production of the Cresta came to an end
