The Bugatti Chiron, a remarkable mid-engine two-seater sports car, is the result of meticulous design and development by Bugatti Engineering GmbH in Germany and manufacturing in Molsheim, France, under Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. Serving as the successor to the renowned Bugatti Veyron, the Chiron made its debut appearance at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016. Before its official unveiling, a glimpse of the car's design was presented with the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show.
Named in honor of Monégasque racing driver Louis Chiron, the Bugatti Chiron also draws its name from the 1999 Bugatti 18/3 Chiron concept car
