The Toyota FJ Cruiser is a mid-size SUV with a retro-inspired design that was produced by Toyota from 2006 to 2022. Initially unveiled as a concept car at the 2003 North American International Auto Show, the FJ Cruiser received positive feedback from consumers and subsequently went into production. It made its official debut in its final production form at the 2005 North American International Auto Show. The production of the FJ Cruiser took place in Hamura, Japan, by Toyota's subsidiary, Hino Motors, using shared structural components with the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
