Rewards, Ranks & Memberships — Terms & Conditions

1. DCred (Platform Loyalty Points)

1.1 DCred are a non-cash, non-transferable loyalty point issued by Smart Business Building Pty Ltd (ABN 65 151 489 119) ("Drivesome") to registered users of Drivesome.com.

1.2 DCred have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted to cash, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other financial instrument under any circumstances.

1.3 DCred are earned through platform activity as described on the Points & Ranks page. Drivesome may adjust earning rates, daily caps, quality thresholds, bonus structures, multipliers, and all earning mechanics at any time without notice.

1.4 DCred are earned by the account holder and are non-transferable between accounts except through the Community Badge Gift system.

1.5 DCred balances do not expire while an account remains active and in good standing.

1.6 Drivesome reserves the right to audit, modify, reduce, or completely remove DCred balances and transactions at any time without notice or compensation. DCred balances obtained through fraudulent activity, platform manipulation, or exploitation of system errors will be reversed without notice.

1.7 Drivesome reserves the right to cancel or suspend the DCred rewards program entirely, without notice or compensation, and may discontinue all DCred-related features and redemptions at its sole discretion.

1.8 If an account is suspended or permanently terminated for breach of the Drivesome Terms & Conditions, all accumulated DCred are forfeited immediately with no compensation or payout.

1.9 Drivesome accepts no liability for lost, inaccessible, or forfeited DCred due to account suspension, termination, technical issues, or discontinuation of the rewards program.

2. Ranks

2.1 Ranks are status levels assigned to user accounts based on cumulative lifetime DCred earned through legitimate platform activity.

2.2 Rank titles and associated profile badges are permanent once earned — a user's rank title does not decrease regardless of subsequent activity levels.

2.3 Drivesome may introduce new ranks, modify rank thresholds, adjust earning multipliers, retire rank names, or discontinue the rank system entirely at any time without notice. Users who have already attained a rank may lose associated benefits if the rank system is modified or discontinued.

3. Streak Bonuses

3.1 Streak bonuses are special DCred rewards granted when you maintain a consistent daily engagement pattern on Drivesome.

3.2 Bonuses are earned by logging in AND posting at least one piece of original content on the same calendar day. Both conditions must be met.

3.3 Streak bonus milestones are: 7 days (+5,000 DCred), 30 days (+15,000 DCred), 60 days (+30,000 DCred), 90 days (+50,000 DCred).

3.4 Streak bonuses are deposited directly to your DCred balance and cannot be forfeited.

3.5 Drivesome reserves the right to modify streak bonus amounts and milestones at any time.

4. Memberships

4.1 Drivesome offers multiple membership tiers with varying features and benefits, published on the Memberships page.

4.2 Paid memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled via Settings → Membership → Cancel Plan before the renewal date.

4.3 Refunds for paid membership fees are not provided except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4.4 Membership benefits — including DCred multipliers and draw ticket multipliers — are applied to activity occurring during the paid membership period only.

4.5 Drivesome reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change pricing for any membership tier at any time. Changes to paid memberships will be communicated in advance where required by law.

5. Gifts (Community Badges)

5.1 Gifts are recognitions that users can give to other users to acknowledge quality content or helpful contributions.

5.2 Giving a gift deducts the specified DCred cost from the sender's balance. This transaction is final and non-reversible.

5.3 Recipients of gifts receive the associated DCred reward credited to their balance immediately.

5.4 Each gift type may only be given to the same recipient once per 30-day period by the same sender.

5.5 Drivesome reserves the right to reverse gift transactions found to be part of coordinated DCred farming or reciprocal gifting schemes.

6. Marketplace

6.1 The Drivesome Marketplace allows users to spend DCred on direct purchases, giveaway ticket entries, and other redemptions.

6.2 All Marketplace transactions are final. DCred spent are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

6.3 For Giveaway listings: purchasing tickets does not guarantee winning. All applicable draw terms apply.

7. DTix and Draws

7.1 DTix are draw tickets. They are earned through activity on Drivesome and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.

7.2 Draws are free to enter. Every DTix you hold enters you in every open general draw automatically. Some draws are tied to a Virtual Car Show and count only the entrant or voter tickets earned in that show.

7.3 Each draw has one prize unless the draw page says otherwise. The winner is chosen at random, weighted by the number of tickets held, on the date stated on the draw page (Adelaide time).

7.4 Winners are notified on Drivesome and by email and must respond within 14 days of that notice. If a winner does not respond in time, the prize is forfeited and Drivesome may draw again.

7.5 Seed accounts, staff accounts and Drivesome-operated accounts are excluded from every draw and can never win.

7.6 Prizes are not redeemable for cash unless the prize is cash. Where a prize is supplied by a sponsor, the sponsor is responsible for supplying it as described.

7.7 DTix are held while a member stays active. After 7 consecutive days without a signed-in visit to Drivesome, a member's DTix balance reduces by 10% of the balance held when the absence began, and by the same amount for each further 7 days away, until the member visits again or the balance reaches zero. A visit stops the reduction; DTix already reduced are not restored. Members on a paid membership (Turbo, Twin Turbo or Founders Club) are exempt for as long as the membership is current. Reductions are recorded in the member's DTix history and notified on Drivesome.

8. General Terms

8.1 Drivesome reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or completely eliminate any element of the Rewards Program at any time without notice or compensation.

8.2 Users have no entitlement to any DCred, DTix, membership benefits, rank status, or marketplace items. All rewards are provided at Drivesome's sole discretion and may be revoked, cancelled, or forfeited at any time.

8.3 Drivesome accepts no liability for technical failures, data loss, account suspension, or any loss of rewards, points, or purchased items.

8.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
