The Hyundai Mufasa is a compact crossover SUV developed by the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai in partnership with Beijing Hyundai in China, with production starting in 2023. Initially showcased as the Mufasa Adventure concept car in March 2023, it displayed a robust design and off-road capabilities. Following its positive reception, the production version was officially introduced at the 2023 Shanghai Auto Show in April and became available for purchase in China in June of the same year. Under the hood, the Mufasa sports a 2.0-liter engine generating 118 kW (158 hp) at 6,500 rpm and 193 N⋅m (142 lbf⋅ft) of torque at 4,500 rpm.
