The Opel GT is a renowned two-seat sports car with a front-engine, rear-drive configuration that has been produced in two generations with a 34-year gap between them. The first generation Opel GT was initially presented as a design concept in 1965 at the Paris and Frankfurt motor shows, before entering production from 1968 to 1973. This model utilized mechanical elements from the Opel Kadett B and featured a sleek two-door hard-top design crafted by French manufacturer Brissonneau & Lotz. Its aesthetics were often likened to the 1968 Chevrolet Corvette, which was released around the same time. The second generation Opel GT was produced from 2007 to 2009 and was essentially a rebadged
