Derived from the well-established Toyota Land Cruiser SUV platform, the Lexus LX is positioned as the most extensive and high-end SUV model in Lexus' lineup. The car's lineage spans four generations, with production commencing in November 1995. The first iteration, the LX 450, marked Lexus' entry into the competitive SUV market in 1995.
