The Honda Prelude is a renowned sports car manufactured by the Japanese company Honda from 1978 to 2001 across five generations. This two-door coupé, which shares its roots with the Honda Accord, was the first Honda model to incorporate a moonroof, a feature that became a standard offering for the duration of its production. The Prelude served as a cornerstone for Honda to launch its Japanese retail sales chain, known as Honda Verno. Soon after its debut, the Prelude was introduced internationally.
