The Mitsubishi Pajero iO is a compact SUV manufactured by Mitsubishi from 1999 to 2007. Initially launched as a three-door version in June 1998, it later expanded to include a five-door model in August of the same year. The vehicle's "iO" designation, inspired by the Italian word for "I," was chosen to evoke qualities of approachability, ease of driving, and individuality.
